The Striking White Cliffs of Dover
You know what… The white cliffs of Dover really are white. The 350ft (110m) high cliffs with their exposed white chalk are an incredible sight when crossing the English Channel by ferry. On a clear day, this striking coastline can be seen from France as it is the closest point England is to the mainland.
