#beachthursday – Southernmost Beach U.S.A.
It's #beachthursday! My favourite day of the week. This week's photo is from the southernmost beach in continental U.S.A. Key West, Florida is a beautiful corner of the world, hiding at the end of the Overseas Highway & being only 90 miles from Cuba, the influence is strong & you feel at home immediately.
Situated next to the southernmost point in continental U.S.A. is a man-made beach with a great cafe to grab some Key Lime Pie. While probably not the best swimming beach in the world, it's still a really cool place to relax & get some sunshine, while squinting really hard at the horizon hoping to see Cuba.
If you are staying in Key West or just visiting for the day, then you can't go past this great little beach spot.
