#FriFotos – Clouds: Wild Bushfires in Bosnia
We are travelling through Bosnia/Herzegovina on #thebigtrip and have fallen in love with the country. However, Bosnia/Herzegovina is currently experiencing some of the worst bushfires in its history with nobody fighting them, they just simply don't have the resources to stop the fires.
The Big Trip – Stari Most (Old Bridge)
The Stari Most (old bridge) in Mostar, Bosnia/Herzgovina stood for 427 years before it was destroyed in 1993 during the Yugoslav wars. The bridges was rebuilt by pulling the fallen stone out of the river and using traditional Ottoman techniques. This bridge is a beautiful structure that must be seen.

It's #beachthursday & I am on the road with #thebigtrip, coming to you from Dubrovnik, Croatia. When most people travel to this part of the world, chances are they are on a boat. That makes it easy to jump into the beautiful water, but others have found places to get wet as well, like this cliff top beach.

This week's #FriFotos theme is treats. The moment we saw this store, we knew we weren't leaving empty handed. The amount of award winning macaroons on display was drool worthy. They were so good in fact, that we went back a second time to Biscuiterie de Montmarte for more treats.
#BeachThursday – Dromana Beach
This week's #beachthursday comes from the Victorian town of Dromana. Located on Port Phillip Bay, 90 minutes south from Melbourne, Dromana sits at the foot of Arthur's Seat, which offers panoramic views of Mornington Peninsula. Dromana is a perfect place to rest after a big day at the beach.

It's #beachthursday time again & this week my photo comes from the Otago Peninsula in New Zealand. Allan's Beach is a well hidden beach on the eastern coast facing out onto the vast Pacific Ocean & with the icy winds blowing, a wet-suit is a must. This is a beautiful beach that feels like your own.

With so many hiking trails, there are plenty of beautiful areas to explore. But if relaxing is more your style, then this region is the place to do it.

It's #beachthursday! My favourite day of the week. This week's photo is from the southernmost beach in continental U.S.A. Key West, Florida is a beautiful corner of the world, hiding at the end of the Overseas Highway & being only 90 miles from Cuba, the influence is strong & you feel at home immediately.
