It's #beachthursday! My favourite day of the week. This week's photo is from the southernmost beach in continental U.S.A. Key West, Florida is a beautiful corner of the world, hiding at the end of the Overseas Highway & being only 90 miles from Cuba, the influence is strong & you feel at home immediately.
This week's #FriFotos theme is Stars. My time in Las Vegas was a blur. I spent six days in Sin City & spent nearly the whole time awake having the time of my life. I was in the best seat in the house for Viva Elvis, a Cirque de Soleil show at Aria, with amazing acrobatics on show as I drift off into a deep sleep.
I have tried to figure out why someone chose to build a replica Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas. Sure, it’s a tourist attraction. For $10 you can catch the elevator up & get amazing views of Las Vegas. It’s not as big as its elder sibling because of the airport. But why build it? I guess they thought, why not?
I was lucky enough to spend the day at SoHo Beach House, Miami. This members only club screams luxury & comfort. So when the time came to peel myself off the sunbed, finish eating the tequila infused pineapple & finally make it to the freakishly warm water, it made me understand why Miami impresses so many.
South Beach, Miami. You can claim your prize at the prize shop if you have never heard of it. There are a few places that spring to everyones mind at the thought of beaches. This would be one of them. Once a place of criminals, cubans & little old ladies. Now its THE place to be for the beautiful people.
Other than New York City, Yosemite National Park is the place I want to see most in the United States of America. The amount of natural beauty in this one place is remarkable & no matter how much you explore it, there will always be something new to discover. I would love to set up camp & spend a long time here.

This week’s #FriFotos theme is Pools. I expect this week’s #FriFotos will have many hotel pool shots, and mine is one of them. The awesome 8th floor tequila bar, the Ocho at SoHo Beach House in Miami Beach.
When you think Miami, what do you think of? Everyone thinks of the same things. One of those would be the Art Deco buildings, the neon lights and the gorgeous cars giving bikini clad girls a lift to a club.
Wynwood, Miami. A once thriving Midtown district with textile factories and warehouses that were left to decay over time, but someone stepped in and gave it a new lease on life.
